If you are a busy person which has to complete a lot of daily tasks, then you should definitely install a specialized application for managing and organizing all your tasks and events. That's because using a pen and paper or a notebook is not an efficient solution. A program which allows you to efficiently organize all your tasks is Organize:Pro.

Installing the program is no problem for most users, as the installation wizard can be completed with just a few mouse clicks. When running the software, you are able to add tasks to the program's interface in two ways, either using the normal add mode or by using the quick add. When accessing the quick add option from the lower part of the interface, a small floating window will be displayed, in which you can add the title of the task, the date, the context and also its description. Having all this information added, you can save the task, which will be displayed on the main interface.

By accessing the top large calendar, you can quickly navigate to the tasks which are due for a certain day, week, month or year. Additionally, using the red color, the program displays the number of tasks corresponding to a specific day, week or month. If you have a large number of tasks and events, you can organize all of them under certain projects or categories, for making them easier to find.

After you have added all your desired tasks to the program's interface, you can either print the list of tasks or you can save it as an image file. What's more, you can create an HTML report containing the list of tasks.
